CNSAS Peripheral Organization
The CNSAS is locally organized through 21 Services, one for each region or autonomous province of Italy. To them report 31 Alpine Delegations and 16 Speleological Delegations which in turn contain the Operating Units, called Stations, whose task is to activate the rescue operations. The Alpine Stations are 242, while Speleological Stations are 27.
